This collaborative workshop explores AI as a thinking partner within that process. Start with a challenge your team recognises, use AI to open up possibilities and test ideas, then bring your knowledge of the school to the decisions about what happens next.

  • Open up the conversation: Use AI to suggest different perspectives, possible explanations and options.
  • Test the thinking: Challenge suggestions, ask what evidence is needed and identify assumptions to investigate.
  • Bring it back to your school: Weigh the options together and agree practical next steps using your professional judgement.
